Just an observation, but an important one.
If you are asking for help or trying to get a party together in guildchat please be specific. If you need a healer say so, if you need DPS, make that clear in your request. Don't say "I need a 5th person for Dire Maul" then turn someone down who offers their help because they aren't the right class. Turning someone away after they offer their help for your "generic" request can lead to hurt feelings, and make that person hesitant to offer help in the future. I know this for a fact because it has happened at least one time in the past week and the person who was turned away was not at all happy, because not only was he turned away, but the spot he had volunteered to fill was eventually taken by someone outside the guild.
I know we are all anxious to make our instance runs succeed, but is that success worth alienating a guildmate?
