MOM!!! It won't let me play!

So, here I am trying to log in to have some fun and the game won't let me in. Claims I'm out of prepaid game time and I need to purchase more. Of course, I have a monthly subscription paid by a credit card with a 2007 experation and an insanely high limit, so that shouldn't be the problem.

Anyone else get glitched? I've put in an email to billing support.

Same issue Im having Glif...Phew glad to hear someone else is having this problem.
It gives me the same message of being out of prepaid time but also like you mine is billed right to my cc every month.
I also have tried several times to manage account to see whats going on ... I have gotten two different messages just trying to log into the manage account section, 1 is that its too busy and to try again and the other is just a plain error.

Not sure what happened..and I was supposed to be in MC right now helping to torture the new bosses we haven't taken down yet.

Sorry to Keel and Draco if any of you see this, I cant get on tonight for some reason

Authentication Delays | 4/24/2006 8:05:14 PM PDT

Update [8:23 PM PDT]: The recent authentication delays were the result of a step taken by our engineers to resolve an issue with select credit cards that failed to process over the weekend. We do not expect any further interruptions this evening, and authentication should now be returning to normal. We will however, continue to evaluate and monitor the situation throughout the night.

Nope, but we got Baron and Shazz. And it was an incredible job by all, we took down Shazz with our MT and one mage DC'ed and unable to get back in.

Sulf will do down this week, however. Assuming we get Luci and Mag tonight, the next run on Saturday we will be shooting for not 1, not 2, not even 3, but 4 bosses.
