Up to this point, I am trying NOT to point any fingers at anyone. I am just as much to blame as anyone else I would think.
Wio - As far as I am aware of, the Administrator boards are available to the following...
Niamb - JimJake - Blackwind - Jaydyn - Skookom - Yourself - Myself - Jaxs
Now, I will remove the players that have left the guild or quit the game...
Jaydyn - Yourself - Myself - Jaxs
So, as shown, we should not have much of an issue in the lines of communication with so very little people involved.
At this point I think that perhaps you do not understand the concept on which the DoJ emerged.
So, the guild is more about high level/low level differences? Is everyone more intrested in what level they can achieve, or what items they can obtain?
What more important to you? Helping a lower level guildmate along, or, focusing in on your personal development?
If the guild managed to cooperate as a guild, and yes, even help the lower levels along, everyone would progress TOGETHER.
And yes, every beck & call is a bit out of hand. If our structure was solid, we would be able to address that issue & come up with a solution.

Ok, i may be stepping out of line here, as i have been a member of doj for a year and a half, and Wow for a mere 6 months; but with all that's going on, something is very wrong and needs to be changed. One thing that i see, not being any part of the leadership, is that we have leadership fighting among themselves. It is very disconcerning to somebody wanting to join the guild, and personally it's very frustrating to see this happening. Leadership is expected to solve problems in the guild, help others, and portray what DOJ is supposed to be about. Now, there are a few trying to live up to these standards, there is also fighting among certain leaders. This really isn't a way to conduct themselves. I'm saying this out of my feeling for the guild at this certain stand point. I have developed, what i consider, very good friends in the guild; and people who have developed a great deal of respect from me. These very same people are involved in this and in some way or another have been mentioned in my post. I'm not going to mention any names, but if everyone would just reflect what has been posted, we would see what needs to be fixed, and who needs to rethink their actions instead of fighting with each other. There may be some hard feelings between people and i'm sure there are. It needs to be put aside, because like everything in life, leadership affects a great deal on what happens with the people they look up to for guidance. I may not have the most experience in life or anything, but i know this from what i have been through. I have to head out soon, but one last piece... Just because you have age, rank, years of experience does not mean you aren't chewed up. Someone with the lesser on all categories could know far more than you do, or at least have the courage to step up and try.

Well said Uri. I too reread all the past posts on the subject, and have from this point moved the discussion to the admin boards.
And no, you were not out of line by any means. Any member that gets involved & expresses their opinion is active, involved, and concerned. All DoJ qualities in my book.
You are a great member to have within our ranks. I am hoping that you stick with us through this. Just another bump in the road, and we will get beyond it.
My apologies to everyone within the guild, and also, within the CoA. The Admins will handle this from this point in the Admin forums.
Thank you to all that have provided feedback. I put my faith in all of you that you will in return, put your faith in us to get to to a solution as soon as humanly possible.
God Bless †

So when is the next ML9 raid going down? Anyone know? Just hoping I don't miss it, haven't had any connection issues or anything in years, so should be all set for the next run. Yes, I have struck again! (The Streak)

I’m not sure we can use a *cabs* on the next raid, we already have a cynic, a joker and a goofball … what we really need a straight man. I could see swapping a cynic for joker but no way can a cabs fill the role of a straight man. You know our target audience has completely stiff expectation of what’s funny and what’s not. If we don’t bring the exact mix our attempts at comic relief may not be successful. So, as much I hate to say it, we’re going to need to look else were to fill our group… oh don’t worry about us we’ll have fun even if your not there.

I'll have to work on it a bit then I guess, but thanks for the continued support BlackWind . Mebbe a solo run through Scholo, or Molten Core... Don't look Ethel!!

Np cabs I’m always happy to help out when I can,
And I must say it’s great too see you took the lrn2play advise but unfortunately a cabs just can't work on becoming a better straight man because a cabs just can’t do it. Maybe it would just be best if you re-roll a different life and talk to us afterwards.

Maybe it would just be best if you re-roll a different life and talk to us afterwards. Wish this was possible sometimes. ;D
