Hi guys,
Just dropped by to say hi after receiving a cool IM from Lastat over on the SWGEmu forums.
Looks like a nice little setup you guys have got going on here, I've been playing the mmo's since 2003 with SWG being my virgin experience. I quit like many right after the CU as I felt that it finally crippled the game beyond all rescue.
I drifted across Everquest II, CIty of Heroes and eventually rested over on WoW which I played on and off for about three years. I went through the full curve of wandering soul to 5 nights a week Black Temple Raider and of course finally burned out on that schedule.
Took some time away from MMO's but was delighted to find SWGEmu as I always felt nostalgic about those early SWG days.
I play very randomly, sometimes on for 12 hours other times I won't be around for a week or more depending on RL.
I'm looking to join a good group of older players who just enjoy helping each other out and progressing well as a group in the game. I'm 38 these days and prefer a slow and steady stroll toward success rather than caffeine fuelled raids at 3am.
I'm coming to back to SWG to craft when the game goes live, I like the idea of being a businessman and industrialist in my greatest story and leaving the fighting and running around for when I get bored with crafting weapons or structures.
Hit me up in game if you see me on my main 'Spank', I have an alt called Aunty Oxidant but she's just usually AFK dancing and playing music in the CNet cantina.
