I'd consider getting on again just to say hi to everyone, but it just isn't worth the trouble of reinstalling and repatching the game. It sure seems like they are copying a lot of the WoW features here, which I never cared for, though.

They are no where near as raid centric as wow or pvp-centric for that matter. Gear still really doesn't matter all that much and our piddly little group is still rolling along heh.

The only thing I don't like is the darned Reputation nonsense. Yeah it makes sense lore wise you should be 'friendly' with the elves to get into lothlorien but this entire new book/content update after the expansion is one huge massive rep grind but even then still not as painful as other games heh. Bring on Mirkwood I say!
