I like it. Overall, it is less of a grind than most MMOs. There are a variety of things to do and you can get involved with all the aspects pretty much right away. I must say I enjoy the RvR (player team vs player team) the most. The PvE content is pretty average, with some good new concepts like public quests. I would say try it out if you have any interest in team based combat.
If you decide to try it out, I would like to roll up a character on an active server with you. In fact I would like to get the guild re-started in this game if possible.

btw, where are people playing these days? The Herald seems broken, it has shown no one leveling for a couple months now. I doubt L20+ is THAT hard heh.

Just started trying this game out - Some very cool twists on questing (as in public questing not requiring group formation, but rather, players need to be in radius and involved in the scenario).

RvR is alot like DAoC in most regards (which is the best RvR Ive encountered), and as Myo stated, you can start almost immediately. I started RvR at level 5, which was shortly after creating my first character, and found myself just as much a part of the effort as everyone else involved in that area.

I played for a while, and might go back., just got sick of being solo all the time. The game mechanics are OK - the combat was decent and the RvR was fun....closest to DAoC that I have found so far... AION (which I was playing and will probably ditch) has the most useless PvP/PvE/RvR situation I have seen so far...but the flying combat is kinda neat...
Its not that grindy... but I dunno.. mebbe playing solo for so long and stuck in areas that I could not do solo at the lvl you were supposed to kind of made it a chore to lvl.
