After 3pm those two races will have their housing preview on the preview server.
I am kinda leaning towards either Men or Dwarf housing for kinship. Reason I say Dwarf is cause it is actually the quickest to get to unless they are giving us some horse routes.
Dwarfs- Right in thorin's hall zone
Humans- in the southern chetwood
Elfs- Duilond/shire entrance (no direct horses)
Hobbits- South Farthing entrance
---- I imagine Men will be most crowded and difficult to get as everyone will crowd around Bree.
Elves had pretty nice looking houses but I am sure no one really cares about that after a couple days. Having to hop on horse and run through quarter of zone would be a pain anyway.
----
No one really giving me feedback other then ease of access.

Here are some screenshots of house management just to give an idea. The Dreaded Maintenance screen- This deluxe house is 165 silver a week! You can purchase chests here, 100 silver for first 500 for the next!!!(freakin money sinks, wonder what 3rd chest for kinship house will be). It seems your irst month is paid with purchase of the house, hope that is on regular server . Doubt it though Next picture is the housing permissions. As you can see very simple and easy to use. You can add names then check off which type of permissions you want. Those 3 listed are default, my one alt did not show so you have to add them manually I suppose. I imagine individual permissions will override kinship permissions so people can be blocked from accessing chests, I have no way of testing this. Make sure to hit apply! This picture is inside with housing hook points shown. You get two new icons shown on the little mini map for housing maintenance and to turn on/off decorations. This last picture is the location of dwarf spot. I forgot here is a picture of the all important chest you get for 100 silver and a 2nd for 500 silver if you have a deluxe house.

The worst part of their decoration system due to the absolute desire for realism is you are forced to go out of your house run all the way to the homestead/neighborhood center and buy items then run back and place them. No previewing of how things will look until you purchase and try to place.
I suppose if crafters can make items that this will become a lot easier and won't need to purchase from the central merchant, but who knows.
