I am looking where a person pays / month or year or lifetime page. I have not been able to find it. Do I get those options only when I activeate with the retail version? Or did I miss it?

I think once you enter a valid retail key the account page would take you to the correct account info. Since you have already registered a preorder/founder's account, the first time you enter a retail key it should give you the correct options. I'm just going by the way they have their pages set up.

correct - you get another code when you pick up your retail box to set up the pay portion of the account
