188 Archery Revamp
- Normalization of abilities. All 3 Archer will recieve the same set of buffs by spending points in there bow line.
- Simplification of interface
- Player will no longer need to carry arrows as an item in their pack
- one click will now fire one shot, less hassle with reloading and aiming shots
- Damage Type selection will be and fast
- Damage and accuracy will be much more predictable and reliable
- Bow speed is no longer a factor for range and speed of shots have been flatlined by the type of shot you are attempting...ie Critical Shot 4s....long shot 8s base shot speed is modified by quickness
- No more hieght elevation bonuses to range on Archers
- More Versatility: there will be many varried types of shots: Close range, far range, magical shots, ect
- Fire, Cold, and Poison Arrow graphical effects added
In a nutshell all the archers will be the SAME and have all the same buffs in their bow line. Its basically like they added the Pathfinder buff line in to Bow skill....this will make archers actually BE archers (poor Melee Rangers) all archers will be on equal terms with the exception that Rangers will still have Celtic Dual, Scouts still have shield spec and hunters still have Beast Craft as there realm class specific spec lines (Beastcraft will be only for charming and buffing of pets all the player buffs moved to bow line)

Ok now for 189!
189s main goal is to fix up New fronteers a bit to make it more fun and playable. First of all let me say that this Revamp of the keeps towers and bridges in NF is their solution to fix a lot of the LOS exploits in NF with pets, bainshes, Shrooms, and PBAE.
In 189 the new Keep, Tower, and Bridge models have NO LADDERS!!! Yes thats right they now all use Ramps to go up in levels. It looks really good. Also as towers and keeps are upgraded in level they dont go higher in structure hieght they jsut get a slight graphical update and strength upgrade to guards and damage the structure can take and some murder holes in walls at higher levels.
They are going to address the steep hills that are one way so that if you are running along a way to wont dead stop in place and get a too steep message but instead get a speed change kinda like when you hit a swamp but going slower as the hill get steeper
No mention of which classes will be up for 189 as of yet and the Target date for 189 to go live was early June
