Am interested in hearing how some of you lay out your keyboards and how you use mouse and keyboard.
Realize some of it may be class specific, but I continue to experiment with differnt key combos and am not sure I have a solid layout.
For example, swimming in Atlantis - what keys do you use, etc. In Atlantis I feel like I want to use a joystick for underwater.
Also any macros that you have on your bars that you find very useful.
Thanks.

Ker you may wanta check out an article written for reavers written by Gwirad which give some nice macro/ q-bar layouts on Classes of Camelot website, not sure if that what your looking for but his scheme seems well thought out, another thought is go to DAoC Herald and look up slash commands and see which ones you want to macro. Have any problems give me a shout.

Most of my movement keys are the default keys. I've done a fair bit of tweaking with the action type commands though.
Nearest Enemy = E Nearest Object = O Last Attacker = L Get Item = I (so O then I for quick looting) My F1 to F8 keys are mapped to target group members 1 through 8. I only seem to be able to use the first couple though heh.
Attack = Alt Stick = Ctrl (I find the ctrl/alt works better than the default of f6 I think?) Face = V Sit = C Sprint = F (as in Aww F*** that monsters gonna get me!) Right hand weapon = , Two hand weapon = . Ranged weapon = Colon, these may be defaults, not sure.
Qbinds ======= B = qbound to a /macro spot to set my assist macros on. Rolls nicely with the V for face. K = Essence flames (Stealth on my infiltrator/Scout) J = Grapple P = /target or Faultfinder depending on situation for Mack. Poison qbind for my inf.
Far as bar setup really depends on class. For Mack I've got healing spells on bottom of page 1, Saint's vigor in slot 1,1 and combat style throughout.
Generally on all my characters I try to save qbar position 2 for a taunt style, 3 for a followup reactionary style. 4 is usually a chain off the reactionary. 5 is a side positional style. 6 would be followup to the positional and 7 is detaunt. 8 is insta taunt on Mack / additional melee style on others.
Qbars 10 and 2 are next with timer buffs on qbar 2 and rezzes/MCL additional heal spells and melee styles on qbar 10. Easy to change over with mouse wheel switching. Qbar 9 get less systematic, with Base buffs on top then mostly housing my qbound keys. Qbar 3 on Mack has all his ML abilities and some slots for potions or useable items. Geez what a rambling post hehe. Hope some of it made sense. Then on the bars 4-8 generally has abandoned macros and crafting stuff.
