Of course the boobs screwed it up again. That night all houses auto-refreshed again.
Saw this post on UOPowergamers about it..(posted by Jade)
Btw,if you're easily offended,ya might not want to read this.Jade has some choice words for the OSI Gods.

All the houses that were in the process of decay are once again "like new" today.
Sunsword gave his "golly gee I didn't realize" spiel that we are all getting so used to, and replied to the situation with:

I've woken several people up to verify the situation.
Obviously, it did run again tonight. At the moment, I am unsure which piece of information we gave you was incorrect (either the end date, or the collapse date), but you can be sure I will find out and relay that information to you tomorrow.
In the morning, I'll be having a lengthy discussion with those responsible, and we'll see if it is necessary to forcibly advance the decay of houses 1 day (if that's even possible).
I cannot responsibily express the extent of my ire at the moment.

Yeah sure Sunsword, I'm sure we all have faith that you'll get right on that. After all, after three years of screwups and outright lies about the status of phase 3, I'm sure you guys really have it worked out this time, right?
Not.
Also in regards to that 'save your house' email, what kind of bullshit is that? I realize it's a marketing thing but dammit it is still lame.
I personally do not need housing and will not be looking for IDOCs. But some people have been looking forward to them and waiting for them for three years. People who have been paying OSI their montly fee. People that are rewarded for their faithful payments with bullshit, lies, bugs, shitty service, and crappy gameplay.
But the people who have not been paying get free gametime to 'save your house!' and keep it safe from those who have been paying? They can use the free gametime, refresh their house, and close their account again. The house will stay put for another 90 days, after which time OSI will probably send them another free gametime code for their faithful nonpayment.
Nice.
